This policy explains what personal information UDUGE collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to sell and deliver our sarees to you.

• Contact details — your mobile number (used to sign you in), name, and email address if you give it to us.
• Order details — shipping address, items ordered, order value and order history.
• Payment status — confirmation of success or failure from Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Usage information — basic technical data such as your browser and pages visited, used to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

• To verify your identity by OTP and keep you signed in.
• To process, pack, ship and support your orders.
• To contact you about an order — confirmations, dispatch and tracking updates, or if there is a problem.
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
• To send occasional updates about new arrivals, only where you have not asked us to stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Razorpay — to process your payment securely.
• Courier and logistics partners — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
• Service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, database and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities where we are legally required to.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies — chiefly to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. These are required for the site to function; we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

Data security & retention

Access to customer data is restricted and protected by authentication. Sessions are held in signed, HTTP-only cookies. We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, and account data until you ask us to delete it.

Children
