These terms apply to your use of UDUGE (Handpicked Drapes) and to every order placed through this website. By browsing the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.

About us

UDUGE sells handloom and cotton sarees sourced from weavers in and around Mysuru, Karnataka, India. You can reach us at udugesareesmysore@gmail.com or +91 76762 80259.

Products & handloom variation

• Our sarees are woven and finished by hand. Slight irregularities in weave, slub, motif placement and border alignment are natural characteristics of handloom, not defects.
• Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display; we photograph products as faithfully as we can.
• Product descriptions, fabric details and measurements are provided in good faith and may vary marginally piece to piece.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order once payment is successfully received.
• We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details.
• Stock is limited; adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until payment is complete.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not receive or store your full card or banking details. Your payment is subject to the payment provider's own terms in addition to ours.

Your account

• We create an account against your mobile number, verified by an OTP.
• You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or repeated fraudulent chargebacks.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photographs, product imagery, text, the UDUGE name and logo — belongs to UDUGE and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
