Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by hand in Mysuru, Karnataka, India and sent through a trusted courier partner.

Dispatch time

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• During festive periods dispatch may take a little longer; we will keep you posted if so.

Delivery estimates

• Within Karnataka: about 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: about 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or rural pin codes may take a few days longer.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions or other events outside our control are not something we can be held responsible for.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. Any charge that does apply will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships we add the courier tracking link to your order. You can see it any time under My Orders in your account, and we will share it over WhatsApp or email as well.

Delivery address

• Please double-check your address and pin code — we cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.
• If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-shipping charges may apply.

International orders

We currently ship within India only. If you are outside India and would like a saree, message us at +91 76762 80259 and we will see what we can arrange.
